about me.

problem solver, dreamer, leader, and team member

I am a UX Researcher at Gap Inc. focusing on the omni experience. I lead in-store testing of new concepts as well as test web and mobile concepts. My findings help inform the strategy for further iterations and expanded testing.

At Citi, I was Senior UX/UI Designer, Researcher & Strategist.

I help strategize and define roadmaps, design, and future state partnering with various teams (Design, Product, etc). My current work is focused on creating customer engagement throughout the experience.

At Hasbro, I worked on a team creating an app from start to end, including brainstorming, ideation, wireframes, mockups, personas, user stories, user journeys, user research, and user testing. I led user testing of competitors' apps to improve our company’s product.

I have my bachelor's degree in Interaction Design from Northeastern University.​
